Ironleaf was founded by Eleanor Grant, who spent 15 years leading platform and infrastructure teams at Fortune 500 tech companies and high-growth startups. During that time, Eleanor witnessed a pattern: brilliant engineering teams were hampered by fragile infrastructure, manual processes, and tools that didn't fit their business.
